Pricing & Payments

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully completed.

Estimated delivery time is 5–20 business days, depending on delivery location, public holidays, courier operations, customs procedures, and seasonal demand.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs authorities, local delivery services, or unforeseen circumstances after dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

Customers have up to 30 calendar days after delivery to request a refund, return, or exchange.

All requests must follow the Return and Refund Policy.

Returns and exchanges must be sent to São Paulo, Brazil.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Product Information

Product descriptions, images, colours, sizes, and details are displayed as accurately as possible.

Slight variations in colour, size, texture, appearance, or packaging may occur due to screen settings, photography, production batches, lighting, or supplier updates.

Limitation of Liability
