Return and Refund Policy
We want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, exchange, or refund within 30 calendar days after delivery.
To start the process, please contact us at customerservices.team07@gmail.com. At first contact, you will be directed to the appropriate channel, either a return with refund or an exchange.
After contacting support, you will receive a Return Form to complete. A separate form is required for each product, meaning one form per item. This helps us collect the correct details, identify the products, and process your request properly.
Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, odours, washing, damage, alteration, or missing tags will not be accepted.
All returns and exchanges must be sent to our warehouse in São Paulo, Brazil.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refunds are processed immediately after valid proof of postage is provided. You do not need to wait for the item to arrive at the warehouse before your refund is processed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, such as PayPal or credit card. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Once processed, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank, card provider, or payment provider.
How to Request a Return, Exchange, or Refund
Step 1 — Contact support at customerservices.team07@gmail.com. You will be directed to the appropriate channel, either exchange or return with refund.
Step 2 — After contacting us, you will receive a Return Form.
Step 3 — A separate form must be completed for each product you wish to return or exchange.
Step 4 — Complete the form with the required details so the item or items can be correctly identified and the request can be processed.
Step 5 — Once the request has been reviewed, you will receive the return instructions and the warehouse address in São Paulo, Brazil.
Step 6 — Send the item securely packaged.
Step 7 — After shipping, provide proof of postage so the refund can be processed immediately.
